Polyurea Grease

SPEL Polyurea Grease is a multi-purpose, high temperature grease made with high quality base oil, and an ashless, organic polyuria thickener. SPEL Polyurea Polur thickener is different to traditional soaps. Its much finer structure gives it, under stress, behaviour close to that of oils, it penetrates to the interior of the contact to give better lubrication. Polyurea Grease is formulated to provide the severe lubrication requirements of plain and rolling-element bearings in long service applications: sealed for life bearing, electric motor bearing, high temperature pump bearing and automotive constant velocity joint applications.

Further rust and oxidation inhibitors and an extreme pressure additive system is blended in SPEL Polyurea Grease Polur that is non-corrosive to yellow metals.

At rest, this polymer regains its consistency and ensures sealing, as for the metallic soap greases.
