Gears and gear boxes are an important component of every machinery. Gears help to change speed, torque and direction of motion of its individual components. To help them perform this duty, they need assistance from lubricating oils to avoid surface to surface contact which. These Gear Oils cool their matting surfaces, protect them from wear, provide oil film of great strength and dampen the noise levels.

Today’s gear driven equipment is designed to perform in many applications, often having to withstand harsh environments. Gradually, gear boxes are becoming smaller, lighter, more sophisticated and at the same time are expected to be durable and deliver high performance. As a result, gear lubricants are evolving scientifically so that they are able to cope up with the demands.

SPEL Industrial Gear Oils has comprehensive variety of gear oils deliver the range of performance you need, from standard mineral oils to high performance synthetic oils.

GEARSPEL SYNTH 32, 46, 68, 100, 150, 220, 320, 460, 680, 1000

These are supreme performance fully Synthetic Gear oils that are scientifically engineered from Synthetic base fluids with an inherently high viscosity index and a unique, proprietary additive system which enables these products to provide outstanding performance in extreme service applications at high and low temperatures, well beyond the capabilities of Mineral Oils. These products have virtually no loss of viscosity.

APPLICATION: These oils are compatible with the following seal materials: fluorocarbon, polyacrylate, polyurethane ether, some silicone, ethylene/acrylic, chlorinated polyethylene, polysulfide, and some nitrile rubbers.

GEARSPEL SP 68, 100, 150, 220, 320, 460, 680, 1000

These are premium quality heavy duty Industrial Gear Oils fortified with Extreme Pressure additives, Anti-Foam, Anti-Rust, and Anti-Oxidation agents, it has excellent oxidation and thermal stability. It contains Phosphorous and Sulphur as extreme pressure agents. These are non-corrosive to copper and copper alloys.

APPLICATION: It meets BIS: 8406-1993 and Cincinnati Milacron P-63, P-77, P-57, P-35.These oils are recommended for all heavy duty enclosed gear drives with circulation or splash lubrication system operating under heavy or shock load conditions, plain and antifriction bearing subjected to shock and heavy loads. And for spray lubrication systems requiring extreme pressure properties. Most suitable for FMG, Shanti Gear Box etc.

GEARSPEL MP 100, 150, 220, 320, 460

These Gear Oils contain a proprietary additive package that provides outstanding protection against wear and MICRO PITTING, it improves operational efficiency through reduced friction and lower power consumption even at very low start up temperature.

APPLICATION: Suitable for both industrial spur & worm gear boxes experiencing Micro Pitting, wear and heavy loads. These Gear Oils are suitable for gearboxes having high energy consumption, encountering heavy loads and vibrations.

These oils are mostly suitable for A F Flender AG, Hansen transmissions, David Brown Radicon Gears Ltd.

GEARSPEL EP 68, 100, 220, 320, 460, 680, 1000

These oils are recommended for all heavy-duty enclosed gear drives with circulation or splash lubrication system operating under heavy or shock load conditions, plain and antifriction bearing subjected to shock and heavy loads. It gives dependable performance for continuous service at operating temperature upto110 °C. These oils are also suitable for spray lubrication systems requiring extreme pressure properties. Most suitable for FMG, Shanti Gear Box etc.
